Holiday Cranberry Salad

Product: Blue Kettle Cran-Raspberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 4 servings spring mix lettuce
- ½ cup pecans or walnuts, toasted
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup crumbled feta or goat cheese
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted

- Blue Kettle Cran-Raspberry Vinaigrette


Directions
- Toss pecans and/or walnuts in melted butter and spread on baking sheet
- Bake pecans and/or walnuts at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes, or until toasted. Let cool
- Combine lettuce, cranberries, onion and pecans and/or walnuts in mixing bow and toss with Blue Kettle Cran-Raspberry Vinaigrette
- Sprinkle cheese over top
