Prawn Salad with Ginger Dressing

Product: Blue Kettle Ginger Dressing

 Ingredients

- 4 servings sping mix lettuce
- 1 cup of grape tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 medium english cucumber, sliced or julienned
-
½ cup diced yellow pepper
- 20 - 24 prawns
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- Blue Kettle Ginger Dressing & Dipping Sauce
- Salt
- Pepper


Directions

- Arrange lettuce leaves on 4 individual plates

Evenly distribute the tomatoes, yellow peppers and cucumber on plates
- Season raw prawns with salt and pepper
- Melt 1 Tbsp. butter in frying pan and sauté prawns until pink
- Divide cooked prawns among salad plates
- Drizzle with Blue Kettle Ginger Dressing & Dipping Sauce to taste

Serve immediately. Serves 4.
